We've done extensive research into rebuilding communities,
and one of the key factors is a strong, local economy.
We've started a business network model
which we're working to expand throughout Wales.

- helps provide affordable housing

One of the most damaging problems we face as a country
is the difficulty our young people have in being able
to afford homes in their own communities.
Following successful models from America and England, we have been setting up
and promoting community land trusts to give our young people a fair chance.

- and lobbies local and central government

We've got a range of practical policies for economic, housing and language issues,
and we work to promote our ideas with the Assembly government,
and to encourage local councils to make the necessary local changes.

Sometimes that means wearing suits and giving presentations,
sometimes it means pickets and protests!

 

We believe a better future is possible for every community in Wales. We're asking for political change, and we're rolling up our sleeves and getting stuck in to make it happen at a local level.
